My top 5 favourite leggings.

I’m so excited to be sharing this post with all you ladies! It’s no secret, so many of us have been living in leggings during this pandemic. Whether it’s to workout or just to lounge in, we all need a good pair of leggings. Let’s be honest here, cute leggings definitely make working out easier. Here are my top 5 favourite leggings and comparing them.

Lululemon Align leggings

Let’s start with my all-time favourite pair, the Lululemon Align Pant 28″. I love these so much that I’m now on my third pair, not because they don’t last but because I wear them pretty much every single day. They’re high rise, super lightweight and come in a variety of colours and lengths for the shorter girls. The material is extremely soft and thin which makes the delicateness one of the only downsides.

Things to consider- Need to be washed on a delicate cycle + Very delicate and not for a high-intensity workout or they will start pilling.

Spanx faux leather leggings

I’m sure you’ve heard all about these leggings by now. The famous Spanx faux leather leggings that look amazing and hold everything in. These are one of my favourite leggings to travel with, they dress up a casual look but still being comfortable for long travels. I personally wouldn’t recommend these for activewear as they’re made for extra support and don’t have much flexibility but I’ve yet to try a different style from Spanx to compare.

Things to consider- They have a tight fit, hence why they’re called “Spanx”. I sized up to be a bit more comfortable.

Fabletics Trinity high waisted leggings

Ohhh Fabletics! This exact style has to be my favourite leggings for working out. They have the cutest designs and colours whilst offering great quality. There’s nothing worse than thin leggings that show everything when you pop a squat or ride down when you’re doing high-intensity exercise. Fabletics is part of a monthly subscription service which makes them extremely affordable and easy to buy.

Things to consider- To get the best price when shopping on their website you have to be a VIP member, which means being part of the monthly subscription. Don’t worry you don’t have to order leggings every month and can easily skip months at a time.

Sweaty betty flatter me leggings

Sweaty Betty is a new one for me. I didn’t know what to expect but they surely didn’t disappoint. The flatter me leggings are a great all-rounder for lounging and working out. I would say they’re a mix of the Lululemon Align and Fabletics Trinity which kind of makes them perfect.

Things to consider- True to size, medium-rise + This style is a thicker material, good for winter workouts but probably too warm for the summer.

These are my 5 top favourite leggings, I’d love to know what is your favourite pair. Let me know in the comments below what leggings you love.

The top I’m wearing in all of these photos is the Lululemon Align tank. My new favourite tank for a workout or for layering, perfect for every day looks. (I’m wearing a size 4 but would recommend sizing up.)
